Job Description
As the HR Lead at Windmill, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development. You will work closely with leadership to build an inclusive, high-performing, and engaged workforce. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in HR operations, talent management, and culture- building initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with Windmill’s business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on all HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry best practices.
2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives.
- Optimize the hiring process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with company values.
- Design and implement employee engagement programs.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and pulse surveys to enhance workplace
satisfaction.
4. Performance Management & Development
- Implement performance evaluation processes to support employee growth.o Develop and oversee training and career development initiatives.
- Support leadership in succession planning and talent retention strategies.
5. HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee HR policies, processes, and systems to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies across different regions.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace mediation as
needed.
6. Compensation & Benefits
- Design and review competitive compensation and benefits structures.
- Ensure market alignment of salary and rewards programs.
- Manage HR budgets and workforce planning.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
field.
• 7+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the IT or digital product industry.
HR Expertise & Skills
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, talent management, and employee relations.
• Experience managing HR operations across multiple regions.
• Proficiency in HRIS tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic mindset with a problem-solving approach.
Bonus Qualifications
