Job Description

As a Product Owner at 1PLTFRM, you will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering innovative solutions that enhance our platform's capabilities. You will collaborate closely with cross- functional teams, including engineering, design, and business development, to ensure our products meet the evolving needs of our users and align with our company's vision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Vision and Strategy
-Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with 1PLTFRM's mission and goals.
-Prioritize product features and enhancements based on user needs, market trends, and business objectives.

2. Requirements Gathering
-Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders.
-Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

3. Delivery Management
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
-Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with financial regulatory requirements.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and external partners.
- Manage expectations and ensure transparency in product progress and deliver timelines.

5. Market & Industry Expertiseo Provide insights on trends in investing and KYC processes.
-Integrate industry insights into product development to ensure market relevance.

6. Data-Driven Decision-Making
-Use data analytics and feedback to continuously improve the product.
-Monitor product performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.

Key Skills and Experience:

-Proven (5+ years) experience as a Product Owner or Senior Product Owner for a fintech or directly for a financial institution, ideally for dashboard and workflow-type web and mobile products which require human interactions via a UI.
- Deep understanding of individual KYC/AML and investment platforms.
-Strong delivery management skills with a track record of successfully launching financial products.
-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
-Familiarity with regulatory compliance in financial institutions.
-Proficient in Agile methodologies, with experience managing product backlogs and sprint planning.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field.
